IAAS Debating Competition on Environment and Agriculture (IDEA) 2017

IDEA concerns in encourage senior high school student to open horizons, develop knowledge and critical thinking of students in dealing with problems that occur around particular agriculture and environment through debating competition.

IDEA 2017 comes with the theme Strategy for Improving Food Production Based on Eco-Friendly Methods. Strategy means a high level plan to achieve one or more goals under conditions of uncertainty to support the food production process from upstream to downstream with systematics based ways or techniques that are environmentally friendly or in the other words, without harm the ecosystems.

1. The participant should be a senior high school student
2. Each school is permitted to delegate only 1 team
3. Each team consist 3 students under the same school
4. Each school is permitted to bring 1 companion (coach/ teacher/ instructor/ etc.)

International Youth Symposium On Creative Agriculture 2017

IYSCA is the platform for university students to discuss and share their knowledge, expertise and experience on the principles, instruments, and issues related to ideas towards the significance of the agricultural and related sciences interaction. IYSCA 2017 brings the theme Creative Solutions for Sustainable Agriculture to Ensure Food Sovereignty. Through writing an essay, students may bring the originally new or modify solutions in order to make agriculture become sustain, specifically to ensure the availability and stability of food from the production, distribution, until the consumption.

Eligibility

1. The essay must be written by individual
2. Participant is allowed to submit only one essay / no additional essay
3. The essay should be written and presented by active student of diploma, undergraduate, or graduate student age 17-30 years old
4. The essay should present original idea (a summary of multiple essays is not eligible)
5. The essay should represent background of idea, chronology of thinking, the idea and recommendation due to the idea
6. The essay has not won any prize and published in any book, proceeding, web, or other publication media

International Seminar of IYSCA 2017

International Seminar of International Youth Syposium on Creative Agriculture ( IYSCA )is the event that brings Creative solutions refer to the solution that cause the most minimum side effect especially to the ecology, climate, and human itself in order to make agriculture become sustain, specifically to ensure the availability and stability of food from the production, distribution, until the consumption. Theme of IYSCA for this year : “Creative Solutions for Sustainable Agriculture to Ensure Food Sovereignty”.

We will held a marvelous talkshow from expert speakers in their fields and know about some inspire youth movement. Our expert speaker come from Non-government Organization, Government, and Company.
